Merridith has 18 years of experience leading agency account teams in developing and implementing corporate, brand and product communications and marketing campaigns for financial services and technology clients, including Microsoft, Intuit, Capital One and Philips. As a former Dow Jones journalist, she specializes in messaging, positioning, content strategy/development and social media strategy. Prior to co-founding I/S, Merridith was a VP in the Global Consumer Marketing and Technology practices at Manning, Selvage & Lee (now MSLGroup Americas), and led financial media relations efforts for technology startups at Morgen-Walke (now FTI Consulting).



Rob is a 20-year veteran in strategic planning and national business and trade media relations. He specializes in developing media strategy and cultivating long-term relationships for B2B clients with national business reporters and other industry influencers via traditional and social media channels.  Before co-founding I/S, he founded the N.A. division of Gorkana, a global media database, directed corporate communications in London for Bank of America, Europe and Asia, and supported the Banking/Sovereign and Corporate divisions at Moody’s Investors Service. He started his career at Dow Jones, covering the fixed-income market.



Wendy is a specialist in creative and strategic planning and the development and negotiation of partnerships that help strengthen client brands and position them for greater visibility. She has consulted extensively over the past 20 years for both global B2B and B2C clients, including IBM, Intuit, JP Morgan, GlaxoSmithKline, Disney, Sony and Canon. Before co-founding I/S, she led strategic planning efforts in the New York office of global PR firm Manning, Selvage & Lee (now MSLGroup Americas), where she was also the director of the Consumer Technology Practice.



Loretta has over 20 years of experience as a corporate communications practitioner and media relations strategist for financial services, technology, professional services and real estate concerns, including Bloomberg, Lord Abbett, Prudential Securities Investment Bank, KKR, SunGard, Oracle, Schulte Roth and Zabel, Deloitte Consulting and AT Kearney. She’s led account teams at some of the top agencies in New York, including Citigate Dewe Rogerson, GCI, Principal Communications and Cognito. Prior to working in communications she was a policy analyst in the New York State administration of Mario Cuomo.



Through her 18 years of experience working with some of the world’s most respected corporate communications and financial media relations agencies, Emily has established a repertoire of experience in integrated communications and marketing that includes corporate positioning, reputation management, brand building, corporate social responsibility, executive communication and public affairs.   A specialist in financial services, and business-to-business sectors, Emily has represented companies at every stage of the corporate lifecycle—from entrepreneurial startups to iconic global brands—providing counsel and guidance designed to build thought leadership and share-of-voice. Clients have included American Express, Bank of America, McGraw-Hill, New York Life Insurance, Charles Schwab, Fidelity and NASDAQ. Prior to working with I/S, she was a team lead in the financial services practice at Makovsky & Co., served as a managing director at RF|Binder Partners, and drove global campaigns at Gavin Anderson. She got her start at Ketchum, supporting Maxwell House’ ‘Build a Home America’ program.  Her public relations programs have been recognized as winners of the Silver Anvil Award, the Bronze Anvil Award, Big Apple Award and Sabre.
